Beets are highly nutritious and “cardiovascular health” friendly root vegetables. Raw beets are an excellent source of folates and a rich source of B-complex vitamins and minerals such as iron, manganese, copper, and magnesium.

Black pepper is known for it's antibacterial properties and is rich in manganese, iron, potassium, vitamin-C, vitamin K, and dietary fiber.

These root vegetables pack wholesome health benefiting compounds such as beta-carotenes, falcarinol, vitamin A, minerals and antioxidants in ample amounts. They also make great noses for snowmen.

Cleansing, detoxifying, and spicy. Got a cold, cayenne will get things moving in that stuffed up head.

Celery leaves are a rich source of flavonoid anioxidants, an excellent source of vitamin K and is a very good source of minerals like potassium, sodium, calcium, manganese, and magnesium.

Loaded with vitamin B6 and a good dose of vitamin C, garlic is a proven disease fighter. It's also been known to aid in vampire protection.

Kale is a very versatile and nutritious green leafy vegetable. It is very rich in vitamin A and C and is an excellent vegetable source for vitamin-K. It is also rich source of minerals like copper, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus.

Citric acid constitutes up to 8% of lemon juice. Citric acid is a natural preservative, aids in smooth digestion, and helps dissolve kidney stones. Lemons contain a variety antioxidants, A and B-complex vitamins, and a variety of minerals.

What’s green and sings? Elvis Parsley. Parsley contains health benefiting essential volatile oils, is rich in antioxidants and is a good source of minerals. Parsley is loaded up with vitamins A, C, and E as well as beta-carotene.

Out of all the bell peppers, red bells have the highest concentrated vitamin C. These babies contain several phytochemicals and carotenoids, particularly beta-carotene, which pump you full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits.
